To make marrow wine, you need about one and a half kilos of marrow, citric acid, pectin, a Campden tablet, strong black tea, wine yeast and normal yeast. Begin by first boiling the marrows and when they’ve cooled, add in all the other ingredients, give it all a good stir then leave it for about four days. After the four days, you can strain the wine and store it in a cool, dry place as it ferments.
