Artichoke dip is a delicious and easy to make dip, you only need six ingredients and some crackers to serve up a wonderful appetizer to your guests.


2 cans of artichoke hearts (drained, cleaned and diced)

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

1/2 cup of sour cream

1 cup of parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons of garlic powder

2 tablespoons of onion powder

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture in a lightly greased 9X9 baking dish and cook for 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
